I do not recommend anyone to live in The PeachTree Apartments on 16 and groesbeck in Clinton Twp, MI. The Apartment manager Rhonda is really rude and needs a reality check. She is BAD BUSINESS and I recommend that whatever situation u are going through that u just look a little longer for an apartment. They lie and tell u everything you wanna hear. When you move in you get extras like ROCHES crawling on your floors. The repairs never get fixed and you deal with nasty rude ignorant people who make wish you never moved there. This Place is not worth the wonderful specials they give you cause you get extra unwanted additives. Also if the water tank burst into your apartment they leave it there for like week so it turns into mildew.
