We have visited several times hoping for a better outcome because the food is delicious & the atmosphere is cozy.\r
The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and management is unwilling to take on the attitude of your classy restaurants. Our food was server incorrectly and instead of the waitress taking it back and fixing it, we were told ""thats how its served"" ... in other words, like it or not, your paying for it and thats how you get it. We had asked the waitress to prepare our food a certain way, she could have told us at the beginning they can not do this, but they are very UNPROFESSIONAL. We ended up paying for the dish, even though it was incorrect because management would not compromise. \r
They are very unfriendly people, and you walk in and feel like your intruding on someone elses private restaurant. Staff is very much like a high school clique and talks bad about one another in the company of diners.\r
Not very professional. The staff complains about the owner to diners, ""its not their fault, but his""\r
Shameful!! Redneck dining at its most expensive!!
