On the day of our scheduled flight for my mother's 60th birthday, this company had us waiting in a praking lot for them to pick us up and takes us to the take off location. We waited and waited. Finally when we called the office we were told that the ride had been cancelled due to weather yet they never bothered to call us and notify us. They did not even apologize to us for the inconvenience. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are UNRELIABLE. I would NEVER use this company.
