Review content:
Long story short I dropped our new Clubman S off at Audio Outlaws in Buda Tx for a tint job at noon last saturday. I got the car back 2 hours later than quoted and much to my surprise somebody had put 30 miles on it. The owner was supposed to call me and work something out, after waiting a few days I was offered 30 bucks. I want a full refund and they have yet to get back to me.
Here's what burns me up, the car was 2 weeks old and was still being broken in. Plus it's so new that I won't let my friends drive it, and some random tint shop idiot took it out for a joyride. I'm pretty sure nothing positive happened in those 30 miles, nothing besides clutch abuse and high revs. I guess i'm just lucky it was only 30 miles.
To add insult to injury this was my most expensive tint job on the smallest car I've had tinted, by more than 40 dollars. Shame on me for not making the drive into Austin.
