Review content:
My husband and I (and everyone else in town) have long been anticipating the opening of Sashi and were NOT disappointed. We celebrated our anniversary there last weekend and were worried about a new place being overwhelmed on the holiday weekend but the service was fantastic, attentive enough and always timely without ever interrupting or seeming overbearing. The food was TO DIE FOR, every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The ten hour pork and jidori chicken cigars are both must-tries. Also, take advantage of the sake sommelier for pairings, I never knew I could enjoy sake so much, there truly is something for every palate! I haven't even mentioned the ambience, fun, romantic, chic, pulled off perfectly without trying too hard. We have traveled the world and are so excited to have such fine cuisine and a superb overall experience right here in our own backyard.
Pros: Food, service, ambience, parking . . .
Cons: Why couldn't Sashi have opened years ago?!?!?
