We finally gave in and drove down to meet our Manhattan Beach friends for dinner last night. They have been talking about their new sushi restaurant for a couple of weeks and we figured we owed it to them after all of our Katsuya dinners in Brentwood. We were very impressed. The sushi and robata was excellent. We tried some great sake that no one had ever had before. But the stand out dish was the hamachi toban-yaki (sp?). Amazing! The restaurant was packed which made for great people watching but didn't help the speed of service. All in all, we had a great experience and will come back. Pros: Great Food, Beautiful Restaurant, Fun People Watching Cons: We no longer have an excuse to drag our MB friends to Brentwood
