Review content:
Worst experience ever. A used car purchase feels better. Management gave me the runaround for hours while I waited for their ""super-sale"" offer. The offer was completely non-competitive as I later discovered when I bought a table from a separate out-of-town dealer. The salesperson, Tate, acted completely flabbergasted when I declined to accept their 25% discount off of MSRP. He said it was the best offer he ever saw. Well, I guess this means that nobody gets a good deal at Games & Things. I made one phone call to another dealer, and without any negotiation knocked another $2500 off of the offer of Games and Things for the exact same table. And then they even upgraded me to a Cherry finish for cost of $300. Games and Things wanted $800 to upgrade to Cherry. Keep in mind there is significant markup on pool tables so they want you to feel that you are getting a ""deal"" when they discount it 25%. \r \r The worst part about it was that Games and Things had me waste my time at their ""super sale"". Pure car salesmen. Cons: Non competitive offers, insulting tactics.
