After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. This company was sent to us via our Home Warranty company. The customer service was what you would expect if you weren't paying for the service. The workman, a very kind man - albeit not able to complete the job - has been to our house 3 times. Each time, even though the HW was covering, the person on the phone informed us we needed a new work order (we pay $60 for each one). The second to final call, to ask for the workman to come back and complete the fix, ended in rudeness and a hang up. The final was to inform this business that my HW would be sending a new company to fix the problem - at no charge. Again, the phone call ended with rudeness and and a hang up. Thank goodness for a great HW company!!!
