Review content:
I've been to this branch a few times and would only go if I need something immediately or am in the area. They have what you would expect at a craft store. I'd say that they have a good variety of items, which is why you'll see a lot of shoppers there, but it's kind of hard to navigate through the store because it's kind of cramped.
I would've given this store a higher rating if it weren't for their terrible customer service by the counter. Last time I bought something, the girl by the counter acted like she was bored/hated her job. She also took her sweet time, which held the line. I always thought that a little customer service was required in that line of work (i.e. it doesn't hurt to smile and greet guests). Though I commend the floor people because they really know their sections and would assist you if you come up to them.

Cons: Cramped space; terrible customer service
