My Brother, a doctor from Michigan, and his wife were at a convention on Clearwater Beach. My wife and I, from Winter Haven, were looking for a Chinese restaurant to eat at and visit. The Panda was a perfect fit. The Food, service and price was great. We had a very nice meal and visit until we had to visit the rest room. None of us has ever seen a worse restroom in any place we have ever been. It was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in ages. After seeing the restrooms we paid our bill and immediately tossed the ""doggie bag"" we would have brought home. I am sorry we saw the rest rooms because I will never return for an otherwise great experience.
Pros: Great Food - Great Price
