Review content:
I live in Michigan and was looking to purchase a car in Florida while I was down there with family. I found several cars at this location, so I called to find out if they were available. The ones I was most interested in were sold, so I asked about what was currently available. The sales guy took my contact info and details about what I was looking for and said he would email more info about the two vehicles we had discussed briefly. Later, I receive a email with the forms for financing. I called back and ANOTHER person took all of my info and said he would call me in a couple hours. Three days later, I tried one more time. This time, the ""sales manager"" kept pushing a single truck - with a broken back window. he wouldn't tell me the price or the VIN. He said he would go out and get the tinfo and call back in about 5 minutes. This was over 8 hours ago.
I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this dealership, just based on the service I have gotten. i would be afraid to see what kind of personal or followup service someone would receive.
Pros: Quick to answer phone
Cons: about as un-helpful as it is possible to be
