TARA is less than refined in the manner of personality. Also the rudest person i know. the sales people are clueless and forget about honoring what they've put in print. (ie; CD player when there is none) Then when you pay your car off they send you the spare key in an envelope, (not a package, plain envelope), you can clearly see the indentation and outline of where the key was, cause of course now its lost in the mail for improper packaging. You call TARA up and she will point blank lie to you that there was no key sent with the title even though when you purchased the vehicle, you saw the spare go into your file AND let's not forget the ripped envelope with the key shape on it. So now i have to dish out another $85.00 for a spare. But honestly, the vehicle WAS a good vehicle but the service was the POOREST i have ever seen.
