so i have bought hundreds of $ in fish and products from them over the last couple months, one time i got ich in my fish tank and decided to give them another try even though i had been warned from a friend that had the same issue. i continued to go there cause they are the only place local that i could find that sells live brine shrimp and ghost shrimp are very reasonable there. my most recent purchase was a oscar that died after only 1 day, i returned cause they say they have a 1 week policy. when i get there they test the water and tell me that the amonia in the water is a little high but not toxic (his words not mine), so he tells me that they wont give me another fish cause my water isnt healthy. i had my water tested at 2 other pet places and they say my water has low amonia. it might sound silly but if they wont stand by their policy, i wont continue to go there and will take my buisness somewhere that will honor their word. so basically for a $6 fish they will lose about $25 a week of mine and ill refer anyone i speek to away from them. great job, lol. what a joke for customer service
