Review content:
I agree with Thimbee's review. My mom lived in Greenwich for years and when she retired I thought she might enjoy some baked goods she used to enjoy from this bakery. I placed an order and they promised to overnight the order. When I called my mom on her bd I found the order never arrived. A call to St. Moritz was met with the lame excuse that ""Fedex never came and picked up the order"" which must have met the order just sat there and they never called. Not even an apology, but instead I got an amazingly inpolite and arrogant attitude from the manager. I've since spoke with Greenwich business friends who tell me that this place is known for its rude customer service, high prices and mediocre goods. People in the know go to Black Forest down the block.
