Review content:
Theres an AA place in the parking lot and the people coming out of their meetings are always speeding in and out of the complex at all hrs, and always whistling, hitting on you, and the creeps are always stairing at you. Also management doesnt give a crap about colonial oaks unless they are bitching at you for petty stuff their main focus is pine tree gardens. The staff is completely horrible they dont want to be helpful to you at all. they never call you back when you have a problem or just a simple question. The property is always covered with leaves and sticks which is dangerous and banana spiders i had to kill two right outside my front door and they have doggy bags that they never refill. I had an ant problem that i called about and nothing was done. My friends apt burnt down because they went in the apt and were messing around with wires and burnt down the apt and burnt all her stuff in it and tryed to blame it on her.They are always trying to find ways to tax on more money to your rent and they never do what they say they are. Be careful cause some units have old dishwashers and stoves that dont work and they give you a hard time about replacing them. Ive lived here for almost two years and the first year wasnt too bad they use to work with me when i had any problems but now im fed up its just getting worse and worse! I am not signing a new lease this year and neither are a couple other people i have talked to. this place is rediculous and they will be hearing from me and so will the owner!
Pros: maintenance guys are very helpful, pool is always clean
Cons: staff in the office, living conditions and environment
