Review content:
I just received a break up letter in the mail from Dr. Campbell's office, as if my walking out of his office this week wasn't clear enough to him or his staff that we would not be coming back. \r My family and I started going to Dr. Campbell's office to see Dr. Eugenio, who was caring and gentle, but he left the office suddently along with most of the staff.. hmmm first clue maybe?. \r My last visit with Dr. Eugeno suggested I needed a cavity filled at an estimate around $300. After Dr. Eugenio left, I went back for my 4 month cleaning and after seeing Dr. Campbell, that cavity suddenly turned out to be a needed crown, costing $2000 plus. I could go on and on here about the rude staff, the high cost cleanings for my children in which they didnt even get a toothbrush and I didn't get a progress report to the last visit in which I suggested I needed a second opinion on the very high cost treatment they were about to perform on me. Obviously they didn't like that because the whispering started in the halls, the tension built up in the office and I had no choice but to walk out. Did I mention, I hadn't even seen the Dr. yet when all this happened. I think he was hiding. Dental work is stressful enough without having to put up with all that. \r
