Review content:
Nothing but scam artists! Went to pats to buy a ukulele for my daughter. The one she wanted wasn't in stock, so we had to special order it. They demanded payment up front. Ultimately, the item never arrived. After a myriad of excuses of why it didn't come in, they told me I would get a refund. Still waiting for that. This ordeal started in July.....it's now over a year later. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau. No wonder they had to move and change their name!
