What's cool about the Verizon Store in the Mall is that they make those kiosk guys selling wireless phones seem knowledgeable. Why do I have to sign in, like they are busy or something, when no one else is in the store- but there are literally 5 people behind that huge desk? Ah, but they can't help you. You'll have to do whatever it is you need to do online, they say, dead serious. Wow. What a waste of space. Even their cash machine is terrible- it ATE my $100 bill one time. I realized that it would be pretty much my word against....well....no one's....so I completely freaked, and someone there actually ""serviced"" me in real time. Keep walking. The website does provide better support in all areas. I guess sometimes we don't need to reach out and touch someone. Sincerely, Daleygirl
