Joy Carpet Dry Cleaning company managed to please this perfectionist, clean freak! They were recommended in the Best Guide with good reason. The estimate provided on the telephone for carpet cleaning was fair and competitive with other like-services. It was even very accurate with no surprises or hidden fees upon arrival. I am thoroughly delighted with their ability to remove some tough stains and to return even carpet in a high-traffic area to clean and fresh-smelling. That they use environmentally-friendly products is a big plus to me as well. They proved that they are professionals in every sense of the word. I plan to call them whenever I have a need for their areas of expertise.
