They supposedly hire ""professional"" security guards however most are sloppy and smoke on site, wear baggy uniforms, unclean and sleep on the job! I am a director of over 8 properties of which 6 have verified guards on them and have been very unsatisfied with their services! They offer no kind of refund nor offer free services for the bad services their other guards performed! Numerous complaints from our tenants on how Verified Response Inc Guards do not do their jobs and police always have to be called out due to them not doing their job. Verified's owner is more of a soft pillow than a stiff arm when it comes to job SECURITY! Will not hire them again and hope no one else does!! STAY AWAY
