If you are looking to rent at Shamrock trailer park in Encinitas or apartments at 975 Laguna in Carlsbad be warned that you will be stuck with a horrible, rude, uneducated, unprofessional property manager named Brittany. She is not licensed as a property manager though she signs everything ""property manager"".
She answers the phones for Golden Cricket, and behaves like an angry child with any request you submit for repairs.
When looking, you will not know it is Golden Cricket until you see the lease. BEWARE - ask who manages the property you are looking at before you get stuck in ""crazy hell"" with this group.
You will get nothing but arguments, they do not take proper care of the units and then the rent will be raised every 6 months.
