Review content:
After the Bridal Expo we were promised a Champagne party if we signed up to purchase our dresses there. No champagne and we had to try on dresses in the back of the store where they keep supplies. We ordered three bride's maids dresses two of them were the wrong shade of green (a manufacturer error) When pointed out it was blamed on the lighting...not the case. Got the new dresses in (still the wrong shade, but at that point we were fed up enough to not deal with it) and went to have them fitted. Mine was 2 sizes too big, which put it in the plus size category (a $40 extra charge I was not verbally informed of *read those contracts thoroughly, ladies) and of course needed altered. The girl doing the alterations was very unprofessional, talking badly about other customers in front of us. As she bent any pins she was using she tossed them into the floor and toward the stock dresses. When the bride's dress came in there were buttons missing (Another manufacturer error) they said they would order new buttons and when they (eventually) came in they were not the right buttons. When she went for her ""final"" fitting There were even more buttons missing from the dress. The woman who pinned her for alterations pinned her in a way that made the dress too small when she tried it on. They rush ordered buttons that day that needed to be ordered four months prior. When the bride went for her second final fitting the dress was still missing loops for the buttons they had ordered. She is not able to pick it up until the 11th and the wedding is on the 13th. This whole experience was a complete disaster and I will not be purchasing anything from there again nor will I recommend to anyone I care about.
