I have shopped here many times since I started my own fish tank. After my last visit I will not go back. The store itself is fine, but I find their ""No Vegans"" sign out front very offensive. (Besides, why would anyone want to purchase a pet from a place that doesn't welcome those interested in animal rights?) Also, the man at the counter (an older gentleman so I think he's the owner) made a sexist comment about his female employee...right in front of my mom and I. \r

I will take my business to a local pet shop that isn't owned by someone offensive and ignorant. There are certainly plenty others to choose from.
Pros: Lots of cool animals inside
Cons: unpleasant staff and discriminatory signs
