Review content:
North Wake is okay if you're just looking to get a general checkup, standard vaccines or an uncomplicated procedure like a spay/neuter because they're so inexpensive. However, I highly recommend you look elsewhere if your pets are having actual medical issues. \r
The doctors are impatient and rude. On several occasions when I brought my cat in for health concerns they ignored the answers that I gave for their questions, ignored MY questions, and rushed me out the door. \r
The attitude of the desk staff ranges from acceptable to extremely condenscending, and they mispelled the names of 2 of my 3 cats even after I provided the correct spelling. \r
The vet techs/assistants were nice, though.
Pros: Inexpensive, nice vet techs/assistants, walk-ins welcome
Cons: Rude/impatient vets, condescending desk staff, long wait times
