Review content:
We went to Kobe for my husband's birthday. The food was fine (a bit overcooked) and the server was fairly entertaining. However, the manager and the owner were terrible! We had a certificate from a website that they advertise and they refused to honor it even though we spent extra money so we would qualify to use it. The owner told us he ""would not make any money"" on it. They are the ones who choose to advertise on the site and sell certificates. How is it my problem that you won't make money on it??? The owner was so rude and even yelled at my mother and myself! We will NEVER return!
