After ignoring my friends recomendation to bring my BMW to Precision Motorworks (where he takes his car) I finally gave in after the THIRD time of having my car come back from the dealership and the check engine light not fixed, I expalined to the owner of the shop Chris what has been going on and I was totally impressed that I was treated like a person and not a ""stupid woman"" who wouldn't understand anything explained to her about her car anyway. Chris and his staff were extreamly professional and friendly. Not only did I not feel molested walking into the shop, but after getting the call that my car was all fixed and ready to go I was releived to find out that my bill was LESS than previously quoted. As an added bonus I was super happy to climb into the car and relize they even had it washed for me! I cannot recommend this shop enough.
