Christ Ota and his associates helped me regain strength and flexibility after I broke my wrist... I started from wearing a sling with no strength and a new plate inside my arm, to being able to lift grocery bags again... I can not say enough about how good this therapy was for my recovery. Yes, the process is painful... Yes, you need to take an aspirin before you go... Yes, you should realize you are at times going wish you didn't have an appointment that day... But take the time, make it a priority, do the exercises at home. And ask yourself do I want my flexibility and mobility back? Then you go and get it done... It's worth it. I am at 97% three years after my accident. I feel painful twinges occasionally in my hand, but otherwise I can now do knuckle push ups (thanks to my martial arts teacher) and heavy lifting.
