TERRIBLE POLICIES AND COLLECTION HENCH PERSONS - I signed up my 16 year old daughter for strength conditioning for her High School sport - she went less than 10 times and injured her shoulder when a weight slipped off the free weight bar because she was not trained on how to use the free weights by the staff trainers - she advised the manager at the Gym the following week that she can no longer work out as her shoulder was hurting and turned in her membership card - you would think the person would have advised of the ""the cancellation form"" as well as the ""injury form"" but NO - I find out 8 months later when a collection company wants another 8 months of dues. A call into the main office was a waste of time as well - THEY SIMPLY WANT THEIR ENTITLEMENT DUES PERIOD!! - AND DIDN'T SEEM AT ALL CONCERNED ABOUT THE INJURY - Stephanie at the Corporate Office simply stated that ""I have made a note in your account and collections will be coming after you..."" and when asked about the injury, she said: ""....you should have filled out the injury form"" \r What kind of business is this. Booooo for Fitness 19!!!!!!\r Pros: Not sure Cons: Watch out - they will rob you
