Review content:
When you walk into a place of business the atmosphere is very important and customer service is the key to making people happy. Your first impression leaves a lasting impression of the individuals you come in contact with. When you are being serviced or waiting to be serviced and the manager walks to her office and tells you ""she will help you when she is done with that other customer"" it gives you the impression that customer service is not #1 priority. A tall slender gentleman was observed working in the back and he was moving at a very rapid pace trying to do many things at once. As he walked around stocking, gathering items and moving things, i could hear him say, ""yes mam, we have the parts you need"". I must say that when an individual speaks to others in this way, it shows much respect. Manager from employee, what is wrong with this picture? The hard working individuals are usually the least appreciated and least looked at. This is just a thought from my visit to First Source parts.
Pros: average price for parts, excellent service from Mr. Marmolejo on the phone prior to visit
Cons: less than average customer service from front counter
