Review content:
When PF Chang's first opened we were hopeful that we had finally found a chinese restaurant that used fresh ingredients without overflavoring the dishes. After dining several times at the WC restaurant (10-12 times; we REALLY wanted to like this place) we have come to the conclusion that the food is mediocre to bad and the seating staff is horrible. The hostesses (snot-nosed, snooty kids) are rude and unfriendly, although we were treated well be the servers. Overall, though, this surprisingly popular (are Walnut Creekians that desperate?) restaurant is for the birds (although the overly spiced food may not even appeal to them)...hence P.U. Chang's.
