Pros:
1. BEST CRAB WONTONS IN BAY AREA! I must get the crab wontons EVERY time I go here. Sometimes me and my honey go sit at the bar and order crab wontons only when we want a snack.
2. Service is ALWAYS quick & NEVER gotten bad service!
3. Food arrives fast.
Cons:
1. Wait is ridiculous--10 minutes to 2 hours depending on the time of day. At least PF now allows call-in reservations which is highly recommended if you are coming from out of town. Nice thing is that PF is located in broadway plaza, you can shop while you wait! Now, to me, thats cool, cuz I love to browse and shop. Sorry, but there is only one con for PF Changs.
I highly recommend you to eat here. :) This is coming from someone who has been to PF about 50 times since it opened. ENjoY!
