My name is Richard Patterson. My wife, Debbi, and I started this business in 1995. We both have been in retail business most of our life. I have never talked to this jixxerz that left the comment. If he called my store I would have known about it. I have never spoken to him or any customer in the way he described. \r
We no longer do installs for Directv because their retailers do lie to there customers. They promise them all kinds of things and then we have to tell the customer that what the retailer told them is not true. We therefore catch the brunt of the customers abuse because of this. \r
Jixxerz said we lied about the cost of the install. The installs we provided for Directv were FREE. The Free install includes mount the dish with in 20' of the demark. Run the wire on the outside of the house or in a crawl space under the house. Connect the receivers and activate. Directv tells us what to provide. If the customer wants something more than that, they will have to pay for it. Wall fish or phone jack installed is extra. We explain the cost before we begin, which is also set by Directv, and give you the customer the chance to say Ok or no thanks. No one is forcing you to buy anything extra. I have good employees and we have a good reputation in our community and that is why I am posting this comment. Thanks for reading.
