Review content:
We were always wondering why no one in our motorcycle group took their bike to Honda of Houston for anything....now we know why! We purchased a priority maintenance contract with the $28,000. motorcycle we bought. It is to run out at the end of next month. The guy in the service department (who has been there as long as we've been customers, 3 years) said we could buy an extension for around $1600.00 but it depended on the mileage (he knew the mileage of the bike as it stated it on the receipt he wrote the quote on) and we'd need to talk to the finance lady. Called her and she called back a while later and said we had to many miles on the bike she would need to get special permission. So I told her to get it and to make sure the owner looked at our account and knew how much money we spend on all the other things...... Arai helmets, jackets, gloves, pants, cleaners, parts..... we were looking at a trailer as well. So he calls back and actually tells me that he has lost money on us with the PM contract and there is no way he can extend it. I reminded him of how much money we've spent and would have continued to spend and he said we'd have to spend another 30 or 40 grand for him to make up the money on the extended PM contract. So, our new bike will come from either Cowboy's in Beaumont or Lundsford off of 45. I am a small business owner myself and still cannot believe how the owner of the company dealt with this!!
