I lived there 3 and 4 years ago and very well may move back. Only reason I moved out was because I was helping a buddy get out of a hole he was in.
Yes, there were a few things that weren't great, like the roads through it were pretty messed up. However, as far as the management and maintenance people, I couldn't ask for better. They certainly respected my privacy and never gave me a hard time about anything (except in joking around)
They were spending the money to fix things like the roads and the pool area. last time I stopped by, things were looking better.
The price is right, and the people were all friendly to me. I'll probably move back in a couple of months unless I find the proverbial screaming deal that I just can't refuse somewhere else.
