I have never been treated so badly as a customer...Just be aware that they require a $1000 deductible minimum and don't let you, the customer, know until after you've signed for the car loan. Never again will I use this credit union...terrible customer service by a Veronica, senior representative??? Unless you're in dire need, run away as fast as you can....
