Review content:
We had the worst experience here! Everything was fine at first until the ordered bridal dress comes in. The dress was not ordered to the specifications of the bride (the bride wanted an ivory sash instead of champagne). The owner, Moni, then asked the bride to pay extra for changing the color of the sash. At the time when the dress was ordered we were told that there would NOT be an additional charge for this and the invoice states this as well. The owner was not even apologize for this either. So the bride gives in to avoid all this frustration and the owner says that a new dress would come a couple of weeks later with the ivory sash. A few weeks pass and the boutique didn't even call to let the bride know that the dress came in; she had to call to ask. Because the bride was from out of town (5 hrs away) she asked me, one of the bridesmaid, to go and make sure that it was correct before she drives all this way. Once I was there, I explained to one of the associates why I needed to see the dress; she then takes down the bride's name and wedding date and goes to the back. She and the owner then comes back and says that I'm not allowed to see the dress! Only the bride can view it. Again I explained the situation and even offered to call the bride for authorization but they refused this as well. Both the associate and the owner then walked to the back as I was still asking them questions--they totally avoided me and didn't offer any service. If there was such a policy that only the bride can view the dress, how come they never told us this? The dress was correct when the bride drove in town a week later but we are almost sure that the boutique never ordered a new dress--they only changed the sash on the dress using a seamstress and that's probably why we had to pay extra (the sash has a removable pin but this pin cannot be removed). This was such an awful experience-wrong dress, pay extra for their mistake, no service, and worst of all being lied to your face!
