Review content:
I first was brought to this place on something of a date, and was almost too uptight to appreciate what I was being introduced to. If you've ever been to Carpinteria, you likely know how relaxed the town is, and how it can best be summed up as ""idyllic"". Combine that with some of the best beer ever to spring from a tap, and you've got a fair idea of how pleasant an evening can be at IBC.\r
\r
All of your favorites are here, as well as an ever-changing menu of unique (and sometimes quite unusual) flavors. If you enjoy beer, new experiences, and laid back environments, do yourself a favor and head out for a drink. Your taste buds will thank you.\r
Pros: Unbeatable selection, unique brews, fantastic location
Cons: Locals are a bit clannish
