My niece lived there, do not let your daughter move in here. I know in the lease it says they have the right to come in to check the apartment at anytime. They come in any and all the time for no reason, one time my niece was in the shower when maintenance came in unannounced. She was unaware that they were in there or what they were doing.
The Manager Shannon is very rude and unreceptive, during the snow storm they refuse to put salt or anything down to assist in getting rid of the ice. many cars were unable to get out for days. After talking to the manager with out avail, tried to find out who her supervisor was to complain she just laughs and tells people good luck.
I have sent a e-mail to the Wooten Company I hope they respond.
