Mike Novak, owner of New York Pizza & Bar (NY Holding LLC) located in Bellingham, WA and Lynden, WA is a fraudulent criminal. Search the Bellingham Business Journal and he has more than $71,000 in tax liens dating back to Dec. 2010. He opened a second location of New York Pizza & Bar in Seattle, WA and paid his staff with checks that had insufficient funds. He has not made good on any of his fraudulent checks and owes employees thousands of dollars. Do not do business with him!
