Recently my wife and I decided to buy our first home, While this is a stressful task in its own . I would strongly recommend staying away from any listings that this agency is tied to. The paperwork always seem to get lost or had to be redone. and when it came time for filing an extension(because they couldnt get their paperwork straight) it was almost pointless. now I know they only represent the seller. There cant possibly be a seller that puts a house up for sale then decides to see how long they can drag out the process. The only time anything got done on their end in a timely manner was once We finally threaten finding a lawyer for failure to perform. I would not recommend listing your home with them or buying a home that is listed with them. just stay away. Almost 6 months to buy a NON short sale home is CRAZY. I would also like to say that this is my first time ever writing a review but felt the whole process should be known to all. Im not one to complain but take our warning STAY CLEAR!!!!
