My husband and I were forced to deal with this agency and the imcompentent staff to buy a bank owned home. The ""lady"" named Sofia has the WORST customer service skill ever and MUST be related to John in order to keep her job. She didn't answer e-mail, was snippy and self-righteous to our agent, never passed along important information, and almost caused our deal to fall apart, all the while claiming ""we have a cash buyer waiting in the wings if you don't want the house."" I only gave them one star because it forced me too. I wish their was a negative rating available. Avoid these people AT ALL COSTS.
