Review content:
This company is horrible. From the apathetic listing agent to the horrible staff. To be more specific, they do not return calls like they promise, they do not adhere to the deadlines and requirements in the bank's own contracts, they have screwed up on multiple documents and forms and then ask YOU to correct their mistakes. I even tried to get John S on the phone to plead for help, but apparently, he doesn't take calls. I understand REO deals work differently and require more patience, I understand their staff is overworked, but we as buyers are on the other end of the deal counting on everyone to do their job. And if they can't do it, then really, maybe the banks need to find someone else that can. Dear banks, please find a new group to work with that is honest, competent and helpful.
