I have to say that when my girlfriend gave me a few names of veterinarians to try in Hamburg, (My husband and I just relocated from Lockport) my first move was to search the internet for reviews. \r

I had found so many on the two clinics nearest to my house. \r
\r
As consumers we are able to voice our opinions, be it happy or not with a business via the internet. I feel you do have a right to defend your business to a point, but also there is a thin line that can be crossed. \r
\r
I feel that the rebuttal that was posted in response to ""money hungry"" post was harsh and a tad threatening. I am sorry for the loss of life, and sorry that the practice owner felt so threatened that it was necessary to post a response. \r
\r
People usually forget the few bad reviews and go with the many positive reviews, but this consumer is going to go with her gut and choose another hospital for my animals.
