Review content:
With great sadness, I feel as a practice owner and doctor I am forced to defend my reputation and that of my staff on this board. I must adress one review in particular.\r I am extremely sorry, Laura Deeds, that you feel so disappointed in my service. I have done all I can to try to ease your feelings. As I already explained to you in the detailed letter I sent that included exact doses of the medication, Chloe WAS NOT OVERDOSED. Anesthetic reactions are tragic and unexpected, but unfortunately common in both human and veterinary medicine. I have tried to be as understanding as possible, knowing how devastating your loss was, and dealt with your accusations. However, I must caution you now that you have taken your accusations of ""killing your daughter's cat by overdosing her"" public. Slander and libel is illegal. If forced to take action, I will. As I also explained in the letter, I tried to make things as easy on your family as possible and only charged for the minimum supplies I used in trying to save Chloe. It is an unpleasant necessity of owning a small business. I am very sorry this offended you.
