Review content:
ZERO stars. Rude, do not care for customers. I entrusted them with my expensive comforter for dry-cleaning and it was damaged. They offered no recompense and made it seem somehow this was our fault. They basically washed their hands of the incident. I complained and they decided to send it to an ""independent garment analysis""; this ""independent"" company is actually the one that sells them dry-cleaning products... They paid us damages but only after 2 months of many conversations on the phone and in person, and, finally, a threat to take legal action. (On Jan/2011 they were taken to the Sandusky Small Claims Court; they lost.) A pair of linen pants I also took there to be dry-cleaned had to be returned twice; first to have a spot removed, then to be re-ironed. Spot was gone, but I had to iron it again. Avoid them!
