They Trick People into Signing a Lease with Them! Immoral management who refuses the refund $340 deposit.\r \r When I signed a lease with the management, a girl who worked there promised that she will have that $340 application and marketing fee refunded to me because its a short-term lease (4-months lease.) That's why I agreed to sign the lease. I trusted that the girl was professional and that the management will be responsible for what she said. At the end, the girl left the company and the management refused to give me back that $340. I made phone calls but nobody was willing to take responsibility for that.\r \r What they did is IMMORAL. They did not even further investigate the case and denied all my claims. There is NO misunderstanding in this case. They just would not admit to their fault. If that's their employee's mistake they should at least apologize if not refund my loss.\r \r I mean their rent is not even that cheap. Remember, if you do not get back your deposit, that HUGE amount is counted towards your rent expenses too!! Just go for responsible managements such as Collegetown Court or Collegetown Center. The management there was much more efficient. At least I was not tricked into anything with collegetown court management!! Pros: Parking - but you have to pay for it, and the covered spots are NOT entirely covered Cons: WORST management. They refused to refund the full deposit even though the sales promised to do so.
