If you have any trouble, you remain in trouble, even if by contract you pay for connection that works.. Arrived one week ago and still I'm waiting to use internet and Skype to talk with my son in Europe. What should I do in your opinion? The representative hides, then says he will come to fix it for 2 times, then doesn't come: at the phone emergency service of Fairview they behave with me like I'm just bothering them! And of course nobody calls me back to fix the trouble. PLEASE if you are going to rent an apartment here in august, request to be re-assured that they have changed the way of manage technical problems...Let you know if things don't improve
