I had read good reviews about ""all tails are waggin"" and dropped my Shih tzu off for the Thanksgiving weekend in good faith he would be well cared for. When I picked him up at the end of the weekend, his whole back end was covered in feces and he whimpered when I tried to pick him up. They took him to the back, washed him off and shaved his backside to reveal a bright red and slightly bloody bottom. This has never happened to him before. Not only was my dog clearly not cared for, bordering on abused, but the owner was not apologetic in the slightest, even trying to say that it was somehow my fault he was in that condition. I would not recommend any dog owner leave their dog in this place's incapable hands.
