Review content:
We bought a puppy and it died from the parvo virus 10 days later and this place had no compassion or care to my situation. We paid good money for what we thought was a healthy puppy only to find out that it had this terrible deadly disease. When I called the store to let them know what happen for the sake of the other animals in the store, she was immediately telling me that the puppy contracted the disease at our home. Well according to my vet it takes more than 10 days for this virus to attack and he started showing signs of vomiting within the first week of having him. With this information from my vet I believe that this puppy was sick before we brought him home. He was a house puppy, not outside so therefore I would like to know how he became this sick so fast. The lady on the phone immediately defended the store and said well then you brought it in our home on your shoes!! Really!! I have bought all of my pet supplies from this store in the past but rest assured I will no longer be doing business with this store and I will spread the word so that no one else will have to endure what we have had to in the past 10 days...not only with the loss of our precious puppy but also the huge amount of vet bills to try to save him!! Please do not do business with this company if you have any compassion for your pets!! Thank you!
