Paul Thomas, the manager of the Train Station lot, has no customer service skills. I took my girlfriend out to Utica to see her family. Upon my return, I discovered I dropped my parking stub in her car. Paul then proceeded to charge me the lost ticket stub charge of $30. My girlfriend then got the parking stub from her car, but Paul then said that he wouldn't take the stub and that I had to pay the $30 even though I had the stub, otherwise he would tow my car. The Rensselear Police wouldn't help in the matter, even went so far as accusing me of being drunk. They then told me there was nothing they were willing to do, pay the $30 and go home. Cons: yes they are
